**Customer Support fluent German
- OFFICE BASED**
- Address and resolve inbound customer support inquiries, in a timely manner
- Handling inbound calls from customers on a variety of service and product concerns or inquiries
- Work with internal cross-functional partners to resolve customer inquiries
- Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Working towards set targets and KPIs
- Utilising various internal systems daily
- Working well individually and as part of a wider team to complete tasks
- Adding quick assistance to any technical issues
- Handling customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner, completing a full investigation when required
- Liaising with various business departments daily
- Accurately reporting and logging any escalated cases

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to ramp quickly
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mind-set, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions
- Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skill
- Fluent German and C1 in English
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rotating weekends

**Salary**: 23,000.00€ - 24,000.00€ per year
