Customer Support Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer support through different communication platforms such as phone, email, chat & social media
 
- Display outstanding soft skills including listening, empathy and professional communication
- Adjust your communication style appropriately for each customers interactions
 
- Efficiently guide customers through their questions and see that the best solutions are offered to their problems
 
- Provide customers with the best positive experience possible
- Understand and address quickly customer needs
- Address internally any relevant issues for improvement purposes and/or for further processes development
 
- Your performance reflects a strong drive for utmost customer satisfaction, quality and productivity 
 
- You power customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German or Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English 
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required
- Previous experience in a similar role within a contact centre (BPO) environment is preferred
- Excellent communication professional presentation skills with the ability to provide active listening and display empathy
 
- Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
- Agile personality with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Tech savvy with full working proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office and CRM tools
- Bring value to the business with a unique personality and expertise.
