**¿Quiénes somos?**:
Estudiar fuera de casa es una experiência que te cambia la vida.

QUICKIN nace en 2019 con la misión de hacer inolvidable la experiência del estudiante que estudia fuera de casa, empezando por la parte más importante de esta, el alojamiento.

QUICKIN permite a los estudiantes conseguir una habitación con unos altos estándares de habitabilidad y servicio asegurados en las ciudades donde estemos presentes.

En un mercado increíblemente tensionado y falto de propuestas de valor, decidimos crear nuestra siguiente vertical, INVERSIVA, con el objetivo de aumentar nuestra oferta y expandir nuestro catálogo de inmuebles para estudiantes.

INVERSIVA demuestra ser un vehículo ideal para inversores que desean invertir en real state con un alquiler garantizado por nosotros. El desarrollo de nuestra propuesta de valor nos lleva a la gestión completa de las viviendas, con el beneficio para el inversor de poder despreocuparse de los problemas ocasionados por la gestión diaria.

Actualmente estamos en más de 10 ciudades en las zonas de Castellón, Valencia, Alicante, Zaragoza, Elche, Jerez y Tarragona, somos 31 personas en el equipo y casi sobrepasamos las 300 habitaciones en gestión.

En 2023 esperamos alcanzar las 1.000 habitaciones, estar en otras 10 ciudades y ser el doble de personas en el equipo. ¿Te unes al reto?

**¿Qué buscamos?**:
Estamos buscando un Customer Support para incorporarse al equipo de Operaciones. El equipo está compuesto por cinco personas y su misión principal es establecer procesos, aumentar la eficiencia y sentar las bases de crecimiento de la empresa.

Buscamos perfiles con capacidad de trabajo en entorno digital, que disfrute de un entorno cambiante. Adaptable a los cambios organizativos, con una mentalidad abierta y de aprendizaje.

El espíritu emprendedor y tener muchas ganas de aprender, será fundamental para el éxito de este puesto

**¿Que harás en tu día a día?**:
El primer reto al que nos enfrentaremos será el crecimiento de la empresa.

Los primeros días necesitarás entender el negocio y los procesos de trabajo del equipo de operaciones.

Algunas tareas:

- Trabajarás atendiendo, gestionando y solucionando las incidencias de los inquilinos de nuestros pisos en gestión.
- Comunicación diaria con nuestro personal de mantenimiento y seguros.También con nuestra responsable de compras.
- Desarrollo de una evaluación periódica de NPS y grado de satisfacción de nuestros clientes, así como su posterior implementación y medición.
- Recopilación de feedback y propuestas de mejora para optimizar los controles de calidad en las diferentes modalidades de gestión.
- Control del budget de mantenimiento de cada piso e implementación de informes de incidencias periódicos
- Gestión de reseñas

Otros proyectos que están por venir: Mejora de controles de calidad, implementación NPS y métricas de satisfacción

**Requisitos**:

Background**:

- Valoramos positivamente experiência previa en atención al cliente/ customer support.
- Muy valorable experiência en start up.
- Deseable perfil familiarizado con público internacional
- ** Education**: Estudios en Atención al Cliente/Customer Support/Customer Experience.
- ** Idiomas**: Español nativo, Inglés nível alto, y cualquier idioma extra es un plus.
- ** Tooling**: Fundamental buen manejo del espacio de trabajo de google.

Experiência con herramientas de chat y gestión de incidencias.
- **
Soft skills: People person **Empatía, capacidad de escucha, actitud positiva y con capacidad de asimilar feedback. Humilde y con mucha curiosidad. “Ambición simpática”, ganas de aprender y mejorar a diario.
