Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un **Talent Acquisition and Development Manager**.**

Nuestro socio es un gran líder de comunicación en Catalunya, convertidos en un holding de multimedia, para dar soporte a todos los ejes de comunicación relevantes del país, precisa incorporar un **Talent Acquisition **and Development Manager **para formar parte del liderazgo de su departamento corporativo de Recursos Humanos.

**Rol**:
Sera la persona responsable de identificar, desarrollar y gestionar el talento clave dentro de la empresa. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con todos los departamentos, identificando las habilidades necesarias para el éxito y creando programas e iniciativas de selección, retención, formación y desarrollo. Además, liderara la estrategia de adquisición de talento y se asegura de que los procesos internos de recursos humanos estén digitalizados y optimizados.

**¿Qué será parte de tu misión?**
- Diseñar y mantener programas integrales de formación y desarrollo que respalden los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
- Identificar brechas de habilidades en el desempeño de los empleados y desarrollar programas de capacitación para abordar esas brechas.
- Administrar el budget de formación y desarrollo, asegurando un uso efectivo de los recursos.
- Realizar un seguimiento de las métricas de formación y analizar datos para evaluar la efectividad de los programas de desarrollo.
- Elaborar programas de gestión y captación de talento.
- Diseñar y desarrollar una atractiva estrategia de employer branding, incluyendo propuestas de valor claras y diferenciadoras.
- Trabajar con líderes de departamento para identificar necesidades de rendimiento y recomendar futuros programas de formación.
- Dirigir el proceso anual de evaluación del rendimiento y del talento en estrecha colaboración con todos los departamentos de la empresa.
- Liderar iniciativas centradas en el compromiso de los empleados, la diversidad y la cultura organizacional.
- Desarrollar y aplicar planes de carrera, incluidas las oportunidades de desarrollo.
- Liderar los proyectos de re-digitalización de la empresa
- Ser consciente de los procesos burocráticos y asegurarse de que los pasos se sigan correctamente.

**Qué necesitamos**:

- Licenciatura/máster, idealmente en RRHH o un campo relacionado
- **Más de 5 años de experiência liderando el talent management de una gran corporate**:

- Conocimiento en digitalización de procesos internos de recursos humanos.
- Experiência demostrable en desarrollo organizativo y de liderazgo, gestión de proyectos y gestión del cambio
- Sólidas dotes de comunicación y negociación, con buena capacidad para entablar relaciones con empleados y proveedores
- Sólida perspicacia para identificar oportunidades y fomentar el pensamiento innovador.
- **Dominio del inglés y Catalán (Imprescindible)**:

- Disponibilidad para realizar viajes a nível nacional
