**Marketing Advertising Executive (temporal)**:
**Para una sustitución que puede durar entre 6 y 9 meses** buscamos a un profesional de marketing con experiência en producción y gestión de campañas publicitarias que trabaje mano a mano con el equipo como persona responsable de su creación e implementación **y que esté interesado en incorporar a su trayectoria una experiência profesional de alto valor y reconocimiento nacional e internacional.**
Los proyectos cubrirán un amplio espectro de soportes tanto tradicionales (televisión, medios impresos ) como digitales (display, vídeo on line ) y la actividad puede variar desde la adaptación de piezas existentes a la participación en la creación de proyectos desde cero.
La gestión de la actividad se realiza tanto en España como en Portugal, pero trabajando en alta coordinación con el equipo europeo.
Integrada en el equipo de Creatividad y Producción, reportará al Product Manager de cada proyecto y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otras áreas como Medios, Owned Media o Eventos.
La generación de creatividades, gestión de las piezas para las campañas o la propuesta de ideas locales, serán clave para el puesto de trabajo.
**Funciones a desarrollar**:
- Gestión y supervisión de campañas publicitarias para medios tanto offline como online.
- Elaboración de briefings según las necesidades de los jefes de producto, y puesta en marcha del trabajo con las diferentes agencias o proveedores.
- Aportación creativa en general: propuestas de locución, copys, diseño
- Priorización y organización de trabajos en marcha según urgencia.
- Negociación con colaboradores.
- Análisis de costes, revisión de presupuestos, y seguimiento de las facturas de los trabajos desarrollados con las diferentes agencias y proveedores.
- Coordinación con la agencia de medios y control de entregas de los trabajos en marcha, según los timings marcados.
- Contacto con Autocontrol y solicitudes de Copy Advice.
- Contacto con otros departamentos internos, como el equipo comercial.
- Revisión de piezas creativas según especificaciones para los diferentes medios y formatos.
- Organización de materiales y trabajos finalizados.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de al menos cinco años en equipos de creatividad y/o gestión de piezas publicitarias.
- Experiência de al menos tres años en multinacionales.
- Formación universitaria con Licenciatura o Grado en Comunicación, Publicidad y RRPP, Marketing o similar. Se valorará positivamente formación adicional.
- **Alto nível de inglés tanto hablado como escrito.**:

- Facilidad para relacionarse y crear sinergias con otros equipos / departamentos.
