**Position Overview**: As the Online Advertising Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online advertising strategy, leveraging various digital platforms and advertising channels to achieve our marketing goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Online Advertising Strategy**:
- Create and execute a comprehensive online advertising strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify target audiences and demographics to tailor advertising campaigns effectively.
- Research and select appropriate advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Plan, launch, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are delivering the desired results within the allocated budget.
- **Budget Management**:
- Set and manage the online advertising budget effectively, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Track and analyze advertising spend, providing regular reports on campaign performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget to high-performing channels and campaigns.
- **Keyword and Audience Research**:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases.
- Perform audience segmentation and targeting to reach the right customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- **Ad Performance Analysis**:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns, A/B test ad creatives, and refine targeting strategies.
- **Ad Compliance and Ad Quality**:
- Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain high-quality ad creatives and messaging that align with brand standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create effective ad assets.
- Regularly communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful online advertising campaigns and achieving KPIs.
- Proficiency in using online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant advertising platforms are advantageous.
