In this role, you will manage and control all field marketing activities within the context of the overall plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market penetration in the target markets. You will be required to be an active member of the overall Marketing team, helping to create and deliver local activities, campaigns, establish necessary internal processes, manage resources and budgets, ensuring we are aligned with regional priorities and can deliver the needed results.
- Provide input and work with content, digital and overall marketing team to develop and launch a full plan of local demand generation campaigns in Europe and LATAM.
- Createandmanage regional campaignsthatdrivedemandandgrowth
- Direct remote team members in the delivery of field marketing events, executive and key account programs, digital marketing and advertising.
- Work closely with the regional sales leadership and with senior members of the marketing team.
- Contribute to marketing best practices, processes, reporting, marketech and continuous monitoring of results.
- Manages marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography.
- Measures programs ROI through metrics from marketing automation and CRM tools

English (very high level, written and spoken required)|Mínimium of 5 years' experience in B2B Marketing
- Proficiency in all marketing communication disciplines, with emphasis on digital marketing and online advertising to build demand and create awareness within a diverse marketplace across multiple countries
- Exceptional organisational skills with high degree of attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with virtual team and develop integrated marketing programs for focus countries that are measurable in terms of shared KPIs for lead generation, opportunity conversion for successful pipeline build.
- Projectmanagement: should be a proactiveself-starter, abletomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslywithmínimalsupervision
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to present complex ideas and influence leadership.
- Excellent command of the English language is required; proficiency in French, Spanish or both is a plus
- Ability to travel (approx 10% of the time)
