Desde **Mur&Partners** ofrecemos posición como **Executive Assistant** para una empresa multinacional.
**MISIÓN**
La misión de la posición será organizar y gestionar la agenda y comunicaciones del CEO así como la coordinación de las diferentes actividades programadas. Abordará también proactivamente gestiones de apoyo, así como otras tareas administrativas garantizar un funcionamiento fluido y una comunicación eficiente dentro de la oficina ejecutiva.
**FUNCIONES**
- Organizar y gestionar la agenda de la Dirección, asegurando una gestión eficiente y eficaz del tiempo.
- Planificar, organizar y apoyar las reuniones regulares y extraordinarias, asegurando la disponibilidad de los asistentes a la reunión, así como el correcto desarrollo de las mismas.
- Planificar y organizar los planes de viaje, incluidos itinerarios, reservas de vuelos, hoteles, restaurantes y eventos, entre otros.
- Recibir a los clientes y visitas en la oficina, garantizando una experiência excepcional. También se ocupará del mantenimiento de la imagen y el orden de los espacios de trabajo.
- Atención telefónica y elaboración de comunicaciones, con precisión y detalle, en nombre de la Dirección, a través de correspondencia, correos electrónicos, escritos, presentaciones u otra documentación que se precise, incluyendo la comunicación con las partes interesadas, dentro y fuera de la empresa.
- Clasificación, registro y archivo de comunicaciones y documentos.
- Proporcionar apoyo a la gestión de nuevos proyectos, ayudando a la implementación de iniciativas especiales según las indicaciones del CEO.
- Dar soporte, en caso de necesidad, a los miembros del Board, en la organización de eventos, reuniones y coordinación de agendas.
- Redactar anotaciones precisas de las reuniones en las que participe, así como preparar informes y documentos en hojas de cálculo, según sea necesario.
- Manejar información confidencial con la máxima discreción y profesionalidad.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación: Licenciatura o Grado en Administración de Empresas, Secretariado o similar.
- Experiência: Experiência mínima de 12 años desarrollando funciones similares en empresa multinacional.
- Informática: Excelentes habilidades de usuario de IT, especialmente Outlook y otros softwares relevantes, valorable conocimiento de Trello, MS Office suite y herramientas y plataformas corporativas.
- Idiomas: Catalán, castellano e inglés a nível profesional. Se valorará conocimiento de francés.
