**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Properly manage ongoing projects and resources under his/her responsibility.
- Detect possible business opportunities.
- Participate in the drafting new proposals / RFPs that generate business for Sigma.
- Propose new projects, mainly subsidized, that are allied with the strategy of products and technologies.
- Generate or collaborate in new consortia with potential to increase know-how.
- Extract from Sigma's know-how concrete proposals, aligned with strategy, for subsidized and commercial projects.
- Properly relate to all sigma organizations in order to implement project activities.
- Participate and lead meetings.
- Lead tasks, work packages and complete Sigma participation in projects.
- Keep track of activities and budgets.
- Active participation in the dissemination of activities for corporate reputation.
- Collaborate in the definition of the company's strategy, with AI as the main guiding technical approach.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or related technical fields.
- 10 years in commercial and research AI projects in some of these areas:

- Data analytics (IoT, text, audio, video)
- Edge computing
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent capabilities to interact with customers.
- Project management skills. Working proficiency in both Spanish and English.

**Preferred**:
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable.
- Postgraduate in Artificial Intelligence (Machine learning, Big Data, models and tier training, data annotation, MLOps, etc...)
- Past work experience in at least one of the following industries: Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Data Annotation. 5+ years of experience in subsidized research projects, with a focus on Europe.
