SENSIA Solutions (2008) is a leading company in the infrared (IR) imaging market that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras mainly for gas detection and quantification and flame detection.
Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications.
We are currently looking for a junior profile to join our Strategy Team.Tus tareasProject coordination: Lead the planning, execution and completion of R&D projects, including national and international projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines and budgets.Consortium management: Act as the main point of contact for coordination between all project partners, including research organizations, universities, private companies and government agencies.Internal liaison: Work closely with SENSIA's technical and financial departments to ensure proper alignment and execution of project activities.Monitoring and control: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure proper documentation and make the necessary follow-up reports to the funding agencies.Risk management: Identify potential project risks, implement contingency plans and ensure effective communication to stakeholders.Tu perfilMinimum of 5 years managing R&D, international and national projects, preferably in industrial or advanced technology sectors.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field & Master's degree in Project Management are an asset.Experience in working with European and national funds, with knowledge of the associated regulations.Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
and knowledge of project financial management.Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Problem solving and decision making under pressure.
