We’re looking for a **Senior Controlling Team** **Lead** who is passionate about their work, has excellent planning skills and strategic vision.

**How will you make a difference**
- Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, transparency and insights to management proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the Controlling function operates at a high level of excellence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance Controlling processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with BI department and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for business improvement initiatives.
- Development and maintenance of strong internal controls, ensuring effective controls over revenue transactions and reporting.
- Support wider Controlling transformation initiatives plus ad-hoc support to key strategic projects.
- Supervise the controlling team while checking and analyzing TPV charges and conditions related to PSP invoices and performing month-end account reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
- Autonomous and high level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
