Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in payment solutions and will be responsible for:

  • Managing cost and performance oversight, conducting variance analysis, and delivering high-quality data, transparency, and insights to leadership while recommending strategies to enhance and meet our objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervise the creation of financial documents, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Promoting productivity initiatives, identifying synergies, and tracking benefits to ensure the Controlling function operates with excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Regularly assess and refine Controlling processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence department and other organizational functions to deliver analysis and support for business enhancement initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure effective oversight of revenue transactions and reporting.
  • Assisting in broader Controlling transformation projects and providing ad-hoc support for key strategic initiatives.
  • Leading the controlling team while reviewing and analyzing transaction processing fees and conditions related to payment service provider invoices, as well as conducting month-end account reconciliations.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering strategic financial insights.
  • Exhibiting a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
