Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Antal International team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating the monthly financial reporting of the group, ensuring the quality of the data, timing, and consistency across units.

The ideal candidate will prepare the financial monthly consolidation and group financial reporting presentation for senior management, while also designing, coordinating, and consolidating the annual budget and monthly/full-year forecasting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will update and maintain the Group Accounting Manual, ensuring all units report accordingly, and lead the digital transformation of all reporting and planning processes.

Accounting and Financial Management:

The successful candidate will review statutory annual financial closing of all units, coordinate the external audit process, and execute the statutory consolidation of the group, leading the external audit.

Controlling and Business Partnership:

The ideal candidate will prepare reporting and serve as the financial business partner of the Global Directors, executing business follow-up, analyzing, and suggesting actions to improve financial performance of the group.

The successful candidate will design and implement controlling methodologies for the group, participate in M&A processes as a financial partner, and lead the digital transformation of global controlling.

Tax Policy and Compliance:

The successful candidate will keep the transfer pricing policy up-to-date, respecting local tax policies, coordinate Local File, and execute the Master File.

The ideal candidate will design a global tax strategy and coordinate local tax accordingly.

Internal Audit and Risk Management:

The successful candidate will develop a risk matrix, internal control, and internal audit, ensuring the group's financial stability and compliance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in ADE or a similar field, a Master's or postgraduate degree in Controlling, and an advanced level of English (oral and written).

The successful candidate will have work experience in a company with production plants, working experience as Corporate Controlling for more than 5 years, and experience in digital tools (BI, PRI).
