**IE Student Experience Unit**

**Mission**:
**Student Experience **is a transversal unit with the aim of boosting students’ sense of belonging and enhancing IE University’s student centric culture. IE Student Experience is the unit at IE University that transmits the institution’s values and spirit through community engagement and memorable experiences.

**Campus Life** is the department in the Student Experience unit that transmits the institution’s values and spirit through community engagement. It is the platform for the intangible (values, school spirit, sense of belonging), as well as the tangible student experience projects that go beyond the classroom. We help maximize the student journey at IE by serving as the campus nexus, meaning we foster connections between staff, faculty, students, alumni, and external partners. The Campus Life team ensures that the entire community keeps the importance of being engaged top of mind, by seeking out cross-club and cross-program initiatives, and taking advantage of the incredibly broad network that IE has to offer.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid (IE Tower).

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as **a Coordinator - Student Experience **will involve**:

- Report to the Student Experience Leadership Head & the Executive Director of Campus Life.
- Interact regularly with students across the different channels.
- Support the Student Experience team in the regular communication with internal stakeholders such as experience counterparts and other student-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the student experience.
- Coordinate the evolution of projects run by the Student Experience i.e Onboarding of new students, Campus and Digital Experience.
- Collect, track and analyze student feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.
- Help measure metrics to gauge how the student satisfaction is.
- Supporting the Student Experience team in the administrative tasks related to the projects’ or team’s functioning such as Data Inputs, Reporting, Room Bookings, etc.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and environment, adding value to the Student Experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service to students throughout each interaction.
- Coordinating the management of Student-Led clubs (supporting Club Officers with the organization of their events and activities and potential participation in tournaments/other pertinent competitions).
- Guarantee proper operation of IE Clubs, as outlined in the Club Guidebook.
- Coordination of the sports tournaments organized by IE University, held abroad.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following **qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Interest and background in the sector of Arts & Humanities.
- Team Player who enjoys working in collaborative enviornment.
- Strong project management capabilities, extremely organized and very detail‐oriented.
- International profile and experienced in working with other cultures.
- Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Problem-solving skills to quickly address concerns, queries and feedback in a constructive and action-oriented manner.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent networking abilities to interact with professionals ranging from junior to executive level profiles from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on multiple projects within the same timeframe and under tight deadlines.
- Graphic design skills and HTML background are desirable.
- Flexibility in schedule.
