**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce solutions for international projects.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, with a focus on the Marketing Cloud, SalesCloud, and Pardot modules, to meet business needs and optimize client operations.
- Conduct technical assessments, provide recommendations, and develop customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, to ensure successful project outcomes within budget and timeline.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and team members, and address any technical issues or roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team and clients to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce solutions in a national and international context within consulting firms and end customers.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SalesCloud, and Pardot modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally as required for project engagements.
