**What we are looking for**:
The Cluster Sales Manager is in charge of managing the sales of both properties in Ibiza and Sardinia under the cluster title. He/ She will be responsible of achieving hotel targets optimizing revenues through an assigned account base or geographic area, as well as prospecting new clients in assigned markets ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing fair market share versus competitor set.

**The job of **Cluster Sales Manager **is executed satisfactorily when**:

- Attends trade shows, sales calls, workshops, etc. in the assigned markets (MICE and Leisure).
- Conducts site inspections and follow up on tentative bookings/ group leads in the assigned markets.
- Has a detailed knowledge of all services provided and all relevant facts and figures of the two resorts.
- Mindful and respectful of the cost budget structure.
- Pro-active mindset anticipating sales actions within set cost budget - numbers oriented to reach set targets.
- Assists the Commercial Director in monthly administrative requirements by providing/ participating in the: account production report/ nationality report/ activities report/ market reviews and others.
- Assists the Commercial Director in annual budget creation.
- Understands, and follow the Company Sales Vision to become a 7Pines Ambassador on properties and outside.

**The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities**:

- EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position are required.
- Skills required: Customer care, organized, meticulous, cohesiveness, carrying, adjustable, open-minded, committed and creative.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations and last-minute scenario changes.
- Enjoying to travel internationally for a week or more.
- Result driven and fast learning capacity with the support of a friendly cluster team.
- Elegant grooming standards applicable to a lifestyle luxury hotel brand.
- Fluent in English, good level of Spanish, any other language will be considered a plus.
- Experience of 2-3 years in the Sales department of a hotel/ resort.
- Ability to efficiently work in a team and autonomously, from the office and remotely.
- Strong level in Microsoft Office programs and computer savvy.
