**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. Managing benefits programs. Help to design and implement effective training and development plans. Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly. Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Participate in the implementation of EHS initiatives and projects. Maintain EHS documentation control such as logs, training records, etc. Coordinate and follow through on all building issues, i.e. repairs, moves, additions/deletion of cubes. Manage general upkeep and maintenance. Manage services such as cleaning, waste disposal, catering and parking. Coordination with external parties related to environment to comply with environmental legal requirements. Have all environmental doc updated.**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.Excel in Office Package. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. Good understanding of the full recruitment process. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Solid problem-solving and team management abilities. Good knowledge of English.**Education**:

- Masters Degree in Human Resources- Bachelors Degree in Psychology
