The teams in this Business Line contribute, along with the Group's geographical entities, to supporting local authorities and companies in their environmental transition, as well as citizens to facilitate their access to a more sustainable consumption..

**Main accountabilities**

You will join the HR Department in Suez Spain composed by 4 people today, and you will support all the current processes and the employee lifecycle, mainly in Labor & Admin Relations.
- Participate in the payroll, bonus process, flexible retribution, IRPF regularization, etc.
- Collaboration in the calculation, management and filling of social security files.
- Support on the onboarding of new employees: contract, social security affiliation, etc.
- Manage invoices of HR suppliers.
- Follow-up on time & holidays registration.
- Support the financial reports.
- Collaborate in the management of documentation related to trainings.

Location: Bilbao city center.

**Profile - Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources.
- Frequent user of Excel and Power Point is a must.
- Good level of English is required.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working under his/her own initiative.
- Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Responsibility, respect for the deadlines and attention to the details.
- Organization skills, communication skills, teamwork.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on assignment priority.
