Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing front office services, postal services and logistics and assuring friendly and competent support for all visitors.
- Local procurement of office supplies and furniture with subsequent invoice handling activities
- Supporting employees in terms of the overall fleet administration (where applicable) and local mobile operators including hardware orders
- Ordering and invoice handling of IT supplies and offer basic IT support (in absence of local IT staff)
- Support EMS Lead and ensure fulfillment of required H&S and EHS.
- Overseeing local vendors and service suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, flowers etc.), performing controls on the quality of work.
- Supporting new lease negotiations and administration of the lease contract
- Supporting local event organization including coordination of catering and meeting room setup.
- Support in the coordination of local projects as per regional plan
- Incidental
**Education and Experience**:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 years experience of related experience required,
in College coursework preferred.
**Additional Skills**:
- Strong computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and organization skills
- Service mindset and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English is a must
- Substantial knowledge of business systems (e.g., Coupa, ECLM (Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management), Concur Travel Request Processing is a plus
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
