**Job Description Summary**: This exciting role combines Global IB manager role with Europe regional commercial tools and operational responsibilities particularly for sales quoting solutions, channel partners, and 3rd party support renewals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Commercial Tools and Operations
- Channel partner tools and process definition, implementation and support as part of global team and supporting the local region.
- Global Apttus CPQ (configure, price quote) tool deployment and ongoing supporting responsibilities, starting with EMEA
- Manage 3rd party royalty renewals for specific regions, particularly EMEA
- Onboard and manage a contractors as necessary and approved to support These efforts

Global IB Leader- Responsible for product lifecycle ownership of SEI (Solutions for Enterprise Imaging business unit) install base- Lead cross-functional Service and CRM resources to ensure quality IB data is tracked, available, and used effectively for IB strategy development- Partner with product management and engineering and enable M6 strategies for portfolio- Establish standard processes and identify technical gaps and promote PSR concept to drive temporary and permanent measures.

IB Data tracking and utilization
- Identify, initiate, and execute IB data tracking quality initiatives
- Monitor compliance of regional and channel partner service teams to IB data tracking requirements
- Drive IB field opportunities on NPI’s and ECR/ECO to ensure part of scoping.
- Communication strategy on critical business matters related to IB management to key stakeholders
- Analyse the IB landscape, trends, and regional market dynamics to derive process/product improvement opportunities

End of Life (EOL) and Commercial Strategy:

- Prioritize internal/external customer needs and drive actions to mitigate IB risks in collaboration with product managers
- Reduce customer and business risks through identifying and initiating EOL programs with product and engineering teams
- Work with regional and channel partner commercial teams to develop EOL product replacement strategies

Obsolescence Management and Business continuity:

- Build prioritization and roadmap for key Obsolescence impacting fulfilment and service continuity.
- Demonstrate sense of urgency in response to customers and drive actions through 100% ownership.
- Identify exposure to EOL third party software and hardware to inform interim IB management strategies and EOL planning.

Product Quality and Reliability:

- Ensure SW development budget needed for IB core/ small projects and establish part of allocated model & track towards estimates.
- Drive Global Product quality metrics (Problem Management) analysis from team and ensure actions to improve quality and reliability.
- Driving Installed base process simplification to enable more efficient and consistent program/project execution
- Provides expert guidance and support to the program organization in various technical/functional aspects operations and service.
- Establishes/drives collaboration and win-win partnerships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all customer and business needs are met.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments, while tracking on-going execution and delivery of projects. Drive project execution process training, awareness, adherence, and governance. Integrate multiple service management toolsets and processes into a centralized service management toolset. In addition, design and oversee processes and standards for the centralized toolset.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members
- 10-20% travel will be initially required, and lesser percent ongoing for, among other purposes, to attend in person audits.

Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Business Process. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
