**Your Job**:
**Leading the Insurance area for the region, she/he will create, implement and develop the insurance strategy and company processes. Being hands on will lead all project insurance negotiations from definition to execution and potentially claim process, as well as providing Project Consultancy for all the internal and external clients.**:
**Main Tasks include**:

- Provide insurance professional consultancy to IBV Solar Spain S.L. as a legal entity as well as its projects
- Execute project and company risks assessments and provide mitigation proposals
- Advise the company in all insurance related topic´s in its relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Manage all insurance-claims required in the Iberia region.
- Promote and lead insurance contracts management system.
- Leading contract negotiations with respect to insurances.
- Providing customized insurance trainings for the departments having interfaces with insurances.
- Maintain information, management and control systems in order to facilitate and optimize decision making in the company related to insurances.
- Represent the company in different common infrastructure entities related to insurance topics.

**Your profile**:

- 7 years of experience working in insurance/risk assessment
- Experience working construction insurance providers
- Fluent in Spanish and English, minimum B2-level
- Trustworthy and competent personality, high level of commitment and superior communication and teamwork skills
- Open to new tasks and responsibilities
- You are guided by time and cost targets and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
