En Merlin Digital Partner somos una consultora de captación de talento digital y tecnológico** para startups, scale-ups y corporates.** Hemos nacido en **Tech Barcelona**, el principal ecosistema digital de la ciudad, donde hemos establecido una de nuestras oficinas centrales.

Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un** Customer Success Manager** para uno de nuestros partners. **Liderara, en conjunto con el equipo de customer Success, la relacion post-venta con el cliente asegurando que los objetivos del negocio cumplan con las expectativas del cliente y obtengan el máximo valor de la plataforma**

**El Rol**
- Ayudar a los clientes a implementar y configurar el software de manera efectiva para que se ajuste a sus necesidades y objetivos.
- Gestión de relaciones: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Ser el punto de contacto principal y construir una comunicación abierta y efectiva. Comprender las metas y desafíos de los clientes y brindarles asesoramiento estratégico y soluciones personalizadas.
- Seguimiento y análisis: Monitorear continuamente el uso del producto por parte de los clientes y analizar los datos para identificar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
- Coordinar con los equipos de desarrollo y ventas para solucionar los problemas de manera oportuna y eficiente.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas, para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión dentro de la base de clientes existente
- Customer advocacy: Ser un defensor y promotor de los clientes dentro de la empresa. Representar sus intereses y garantizar que sus necesidades estén siendo atendidas en todas las áreas de la organización.

**Qué necesitamos de ti**
- Formación Universitaria o equivalente
- Mas de 3 años de experiência como Customer Success en empresas B2B
- Experiência en producto SaaS
- Dominio de ingles (mínimo B2)
- Experiência en empresas o entornos internacionales
- Gran capacidad para la gestión con clientes
- Tener una** actitud constructiva, positiva y colaboradora**, incluso cuando se enfrenta a retos y la presión del tiempo.
- Disfrutar trabajando de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Tomar **iniciativas propias** y aspirar a la mejora continua.
- Buenas dotes de comunicación.
