Nos caracterizamos por sumergirnos a fondo en la realidad de cada uno de nuestros partners comprendiendo sus necesidades pero tambin su esencia. Actualmente estamos en un Customer Success Manager para unirse al equipo de Barcelona.

Nuestro cliente cuenta con un total de 110 empleados y se trata de una empresa espaola joven y en plena expansin. Con sede central en Barcelona ypresencia internacional. Ofrece servicios de marketing con su aplicacin basada en inteligencia artificial con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes y autnomos) es por eso que estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo. Cul ser tu misin Gestionar parte de nuestro equipo local de Customer Success cuya principal responsabilidad es la de asesorar y acompaar a nuestros clientes durante el desarrollo de nuestras soluciones de Marketing Digital Establecer procedimientos de Customer Success para adaptarlo a las nuevas tendencias de mercado. Desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes. Establecer buenas relaciones con los clientes que contribuyan a objetivos claros de retencin. Analizar los datos de los clientes para mejorar la experiencia de cliente. Upsell y crossell de servicios y productos con los que trabajamos. Realizar el onboarding de nuevos clientes y ayudar a mejorarlo. Revisar las quejas y preocupaciones de los clientes y buscar mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para la creacin de material que pueda ser de inters para nuestros clientes. Coordinar y colaborar con diferentes departamentos de la empresa(Operaciones tecnologa etc.) para mejorar la satisfaccin del cliente y mejorar nuestra propuesta de valor. Qu necesitamos: Experiencia previa en roles similares Eres una persona con atencin al detalle persuasiva motivada y eres un problem solver con don de gentes. Un fuerte defensor del cliente con la capacidad y la voluntad de interactuar directamente con los clientes. Capacidad para comunicarte bien con personas equipos socios y eventos a nivel de la industria. Las habilidades para ser un tomador de decisiones con voluntad de experimentar e interactuar con los diferentes equipos en la empresa. Colaborador eficaz y productivo para impulsar iniciativas multifuncionales. Empata humildad y capacidad de escucha.
