Customer Service Export International Markets

**Your role**:
We seek a Customer Service Export to join the International Markets team and help us consolidate in new markets and expand new ones.
**What you will do**:
To provide excellent service by creating an exceptional relationship with our international partners worldwide, with a comprehensive management of the OTC (Order to Cash) process, managing export documentation, and resolving any issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Customer Service International Markets Manager, you will:
- Manage the export documentation of orders and report the status of shipments to partners in assigned markets.
- Analyze the stock of goods to ensure availability for shipment and asses possible stock-outs.
- Coordinate the transport of shipments by following up on the shipping routes and providing the necessary transport documentation.
- Prepare customs documentation such as Packing List, Certificate of Origin, or Phytosanitary Certificate (EHC).
- Prepare monthly invoicing and follow up on collections.
- Resolve any incident related to shipments and send credit notes if necessary.
- Management of commercial agreements with customers and transport suppliers.
- Report on the status of export orders to the sales team.
Relationship with external agents:
- Partners: order confirmation, incidences, shipping documentation.
- Transport agents: coordination of loads
- Customs agents: management of customs documentation.
- Certification agents: MAPA / CEXGAN, Generalitat / DAAM, Cámara de Comercio.
Relationship with internal agents:
- Sales team: order status reporting and sales forecasting, management of special agreements, incident resolution.
- Supply Chain: preparation of deliveries and coordination of loads, analysis of product availability
- Quality: preparation of phytosanitary documentation, troubleshooting, incident resolution
- Treasury: consultation and management of customer receivables
**What are we looking for?**:
We are looking for a person with at least 2 years of experience working as a customer service export abroad European Union
- Holds an International Trade degree
- Uses SAP SD and a high level of Excel
- Has fluent level of English and Spanish
- Has service excellence and attention to detail
- Has resilience and open-mindedness to change
- Desirable experience in pharmaceutical or chemical shipments
