We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Alumni Career Management Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the career management initiatives for IESE alumni community, fostering their professional development and engagement. Your primary focus will be to provide assistance in various career-related activities and ensure effective communication with alumni.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with the Alumni Career Management team to develop and execute career management programs and events for alumni.
- Assist in organizing career development workshops, webinars, and networking events for alumni, including logistics management, participant registration, and event promotion.
- Collaborate with various departments within IESE to enhance career management initiatives and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Act as a liaison between Alumni Department and the Career Development Centre, ensuring coherence of message and timing of communication with alumni.
- Maintain alumni career resources, including databases, job boards, and online platforms and website, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service to alumni inquiries related to career management, offering guidance and resources as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data on alumni career outcomes, utilizing Excel to create reports and track key metrics.
- Utilize Salesforce and event management software to manage alumni information, event registrations, and communications.
- Support payment system operations related to alumni career management events and services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Assist with the creation of presentations, brochures and materials for career management workshops and events.

**_Must-Haves:_**
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse alumni base.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, manipulation, and basic formulas.

**_ Nice-to-Haves:_**
- Familiarity with event management software, Salesforce, and payment systems.
- Knowledge of IESE departments, programs, and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Previous experience in career management topics, such as resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Previous experience in event management, including logistics coordination, participant registration, and promotion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative content to small and large groups.
