AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC is a finance company registered under the central bank of Sri Lanka and a subsidiary company of AMW Group which is a leading corporate entity in Sri Lanka and the sole distributor for several world renowned automobiles and related brands, under the umbrella of Al-Futtaim Group, Dubai UAE.
AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a diploma in sales & marketing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 03 years of sales experience preferably 1-2 years in the same industry.
- Possess good negotiation skills and ability to perform in tough market conditions.
- Should possess a valid riding / Driving license.
- Performance driven and effective team player.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Execute monthly filed visit plans, handling inquiries and maintain records including follow ups.
- Managing the sales dealers & brand coordination with 3S network partners.
- Building and maintaining relationship with fishing societies, private mechanics & financing partners.
- Organize brand promotion & after sales service campaigns.
- Handling inventory and debt collection of the respective dealers / region.
- Be aware on competitor activities/ products and discuss the gathered data with the line Manager to facilitate the necessary strategic planning by the management.
