Senior Consultant for our Corporate Capital Markets team in Madrid.

As part of the Corporate Capital Markets team, you will be mainly involved in acquisitions and disposals - with a special focus on Sale and Leasebacks and developments - of all typologies of Real Estate assets such as Industrial & logistics, Data Centers, Self Storage or Offices among other uses.

You will work and coordinate projects from Corporate clients assuming end-to-end responsibility on the result and delivery, being the main contact both for clients and the rest of JLL’s teams.

**What this job involves**:
You will work hand in hand with different JLL’s departments (leasing, account management, etc.), both locally and globally, to deliver the most accurate and reliable outputs and advice for our clients.

You will coordinate each project on which you are involved, ensuring the consistency and quality of the work delivered.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency on every document and/or communication are essentials for this position.

Empathy will be also key to understand our clients demands from different perspectives: Corporate Business vs. Real Estate requirements.

You will be part of JLL´s transformation to a technological and financial company, continuing with its solid ethical values, teamwork, and client solutions with maximum real estate knowledge.

Do you have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Law, or Economics?
Do you have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Real Estate transactions, M&A, or financial sector, in client or Consultancy firm? Project execution, communication, leadership, and client management skills are required.
Apart from the most traditional asset classes; Do you have experience in Alternative assets like Data Centers or Selfstorage?
Are you used to work with business plans, cashflows and other financial analysis tools? Knowledge of IFRS-16 is a plus.
Do you have an advanced level of English? Other languages will be a plus.
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this position. Please note that strong analytical skills are required.
