- Producer Role DescriptionOverview:

- As a Producer in Gaya, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and delivery of videogame art projects from conception to completion. You'll work closely with various teams including developers, artists, and designers to ensure the project progresses smoothly, stays within budget, and meets quality standards.Minimum requirements

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in game design, game art, game production, related field, or similar experience.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the video game industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. (A good level of English is key.)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of game development processes.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and uncertainties inherent in game development.

Duties

- 1. Project Management: Manage the development process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate tasks and deadlines among team members to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- 5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact the project timeline or budget. Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate these risks and keep the project on track.
- 6. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the project budget, tracking expenses and allocating resources efficiently. Make informed decisions to optimize spending and maximize return on investment.
