You will be a peer of P&C colleagues across IAG Technology, supporting them and their teams in maximising best practice processes, policies and ways of working to ensure excellent colleague experience, sound advice and consistent ways of working. You'll be the partner IAG Tech People & Culture in Madrid to ensure consistency and delivery alignment. And you'll unblock issues with clarity and tenacity, regardless of origin or root cause, and ensure the internal customers are provided with the right human resources advice and support to delivery great outcomes for our people.

**Qualifications**:
- Business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value-added service to business customers
- The ability to build and develop strong, collaborative relationships with all colleagues is critical.
- Intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business as well as operational and technical HR skills and tools.
- Ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of strategic business goals and objectives.
