Our client is a **multinational company** and a prominent figure in the **cosmetics** and** personal care** industry.

We are seeking an **ECommerce Key Account Manager** who will assume responsibility for managing customers in the eCommerce channel in close cooperation with their Channel Manager. Working alongside customers and agencies, they will focus on optimizing product presentation, improving search rankings, and enhancing conversion rates. The eKAM will collaborate with global eCom teams, global marketing and media teams, local cross-functional teams, and will also identify and pilot new business opportunities while cascading the ecommerce strategy into various ecommerce subchannels, particularly marketplaces, pure players, and quick-commerce platforms.

**Tasks**:

- Develop and implement the e-commerce subchannel strategy, along with specific initiatives to cultivate customer relationships.
- Independently build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets, with a strong emphasis on maximizing sales.
- Create and adapt eContent to enhance eShelf visibility.
- Collaborate in developing a visibility and performance marketing plan for each customer with marketing & S&CM teams.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Controlling, and Supply Chain teams at both local and global levels to optimize e-commerce operations.
- Monitor e-commerce trends and competitors, both in terms of performance and content.
- Lead strategic e-commerce initiatives.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, particularly with pure players and marketplace sales for a B2C (preferably FMCG) environment.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Vendor Management.
- Conceptual understanding of different e-commerce subchannels, assortment strategies, and operations.
- Strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and drive business growth, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience in implementing and coordinating digital campaigns with agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with a continuous A/B testing and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
