Para fortalecer nuestro liderazgo en la zona, tenemos una oportunidad emocionante para que un **Área Manager** se una a nuestro equipo en **Córdoba/ Jaén. **Como **Área Manager**, serás responsable del crecimiento y consolidación comercial de tu zona, creando y aprovechando oportunidades comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.Tendrás la oportunidad de ser un líder inspirador y emprendedor, ayudando a desarrollar a tu equipo, que será clave para los resultados de tu área.Te encargarás de asegurar que los proyectos y estrategias de la empresa se ejecuten de manera eficiente, liderando un equipo motivado y cualificado.Tus responsabilidades**:Gestión de ingresos y ventas**: Harás análisis estratégicos, previsiones y fijarás el presupuesto y los objetivos de ventas del área. Definirás planes de acción para el área, las tiendas y el personal, y te asegurarás de que se cumplan a través de visitas a las tiendas, donde compartirás objetivos y revisarás KPIs, asegurando el crecimiento de las ventas.**Gestión de personas**: Serás responsable del desarrollo y rendimiento del personal de las tiendas. Durante las visitas a las tiendas, ayudarás a crear una cultura de desarrollo, ofreciendo coaching y feedback, fomentando el espíritu de equipo y la motivación. También trabajarás con el Director Regional y RRHH en la selección de profesionales.**Planificación de recursos y personal**: Basándote en el análisis del territorio, te asegurarás de que tu área cuente con el personal adecuado para alcanzar los mejores resultados. También explorarás oportunidades de crecimiento en la red de tiendas de tu zona.Lo que buscamos**:Requisitos**:
Título universitario (Licenciatura o Máster).Experiência previa como Gerente de Área (2-3 años) o en Gestión de Operaciones.Experiência en sectores dinámicos (retail es un plus).Disponibilidad para moverte por el país (la movilidad internacional es un plus).**Tu perfil**:Tienes una mentalidad estratégica y te sientes cómodo con el análisis de datos y la fijación de objetivos.Eres emprendedor, orientado a resultados y te haces responsable de las metas de tu área.Estás enfocado en el cliente y en mejorar su experiência.Eres un líder que inspira a su equipo y construyes relaciones duraderas con los stakeholders.
