**Who We Are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**Goal of the position**

The Talent Booker will report to the Production Manager working alongside the Heads of Image to propose and select the most appropriate talent for the Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable brands.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include contacting agencies, reviewing talent, negotiating conditions, closing bookings and finalizing cost-effective deals with representatives, for both ecomm and campaigns shoots. This position is responsible for the invoicing process with external agencies and suppliers, acting as the bridge between them and the financial team.

Key within this role is to identify the best talent depending on the scope and budget of the project. This position will create an overview of talent options to match specific brands and projects, depending on the requirements and final resources. The Talent Booker is also responsible for managing casting budgets while bringing talent and productions together.

**Main Activities**
- Manage the talent booking, including model casting and make up & hair artists.
- Identify and source new inspiring models and makeup talents.
- Through connections in the industry, constantly brings new outside resources and talent to work on photographic or video productions.
- Negotiation of fees.
- Manage confirmation sheets for usage rights of all talent’s booking.
- Ensure the talents’ well-being during the shooting.
- Manage invoice tracking and budget control.
- Manage internal relationships to ensure all plans reflect business priorities and needs.
- 3 to 5 years experience as a casting agent, or a similar role.
- Key relationships and proven track record within the industry are a must.
- International experience working in the fashion industry is highly desired.
- Spanish and English are required.
- Italian, French, Portuguese, and German are desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Master´s degree is highly desired.
