En Quipu estamos buscando un nuevo **Inbound Sales Development Representative** con ganas de **desarrollar** su carrera en **Ventas** mientras nos ayuda a impulsar la empresa al siguiente nível.

**¿Qué harás?**
- **Gestionar todo el ciclo de venta**: Llevar a cabo un seguimiento constante con los clientes, generando una relación cercana, desde la cualificación, seguimiento y registros de las interacciones en el CRM y avanzar a través del embudo de venta, desde el contacto inicial hasta el cierre de la venta.
- Desarrollarte dentro de la industria del **Software tecnológico (SaaS) & ventas digitales,** _Resolvemos problemas diarios a nuestros clientes y constantemente construimos nuevas soluciones._
- **Involucrarte** y entender a los potenciales clientes; _descubrir sus problemas, necesidades y cómo entregar valor_.
- Conocer el **producto al completo** y estar al día de los cambios o nuevos lanzamientos.

¿**Cómo te imaginamos?**
- Nível nativo o avanzado de español.
- Naturaleza comercial y sin miedo a coger el teléfono y hablar con un prospecto.
- Con la capacidad de priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

En Quipu trabajamos duro tanto en la cultura y desarrollo profesional como personal. En este sentido, tu rendimiento se medirá por objetivos técnicos: número de oportunidades calificadas logradas y rendimiento; así como por objetivos personales que se acorden de forma conjunta.
El plan de carrera en Quipu es bastante ágil, haremos una revisión de rendimiento cada 6 meses y dependiendo del logro de objetivos y crecimiento profesional podrás crecer dentro de la empresa. No serás solo otro empleado, tus esfuerzos e ideas tendrán un impacto directo en el _éxito de Quipu._

- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
- Tener experiência usando CRMs como Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.
- Tener experiência en Ventas en una empresa basada en SaaS o entorno digital
- Saber cómo implementar una metodología de calificación eficiente a través de la curiosidad.
- Buen nível escrito y hablado de catalán y/o inglés.
- Conocimientos de gestión administrativa: facturación, contabilidad, finanzas.
- Experiência en roles orientados al cliente (_Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas, Asistente de Ventas, Desarrollador de Negocios, Agente de Ventas, Experiência del Cliente, Éxito del Cliente...)_
