Importante grupo empresarial del sector industrial y construcción, formado por más de 15 empresas, con más de 25 años de experiência en el mercado, presencia internacional y en constante crecimiento; precisa incorporar en su equipo de profesionales a un/a TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER.

**Dependiendo de CTO, sus principales funciones como TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER serán**:

- Supervisar el rendimiento de los sistemas.
- Establecer los protocolos para el uso de los sistemas TIC.
- Controlar la evolución de la calidad del servicio de resolución de incidencias.
- Detección preventiva de las incidencias de sistemas, y gestión con los proveedores correspondientes hasta su resolución.
- Priorizar las peticiones de los usuarios, asignarlas al equipo interno o proveedor correspondiente según corresponda y realizar el seguimiento y validar su resolución.
- Interlocución con todos los proveedores de sistemas, para hacer el seguimiento de las incidencias, los proyectos y el mantenimiento de los sistemas.
- Identificar y conocer las condiciones, contratos, níveles de servicio, requerimientos, y alcance de los servicios de sistemas contratados a proveedores.
- Seguimiento del inventario TIC (Pc’s, servidores, routers, firewalls, pantallas, impresoras, etc).
- Elaboración de informes de seguimiento para dirección.
- Supervisión de las facturas de los proveedores de sistemas.

***Requisitos mínimos**:

- Formación: Grado de Informática de Sistemas.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.

**Competencias técnicas**:

- Experiência en sistemas: Windows Server y Windows 10/11, Comunicaciones (LAN y WAN, WiFi), Firewalls (se valorará Fortinet) y VPNs.
- Experiência en coordinación con proveedores de servicios de sistemas.
- Experiência en trato con usuarios de los sistemas.
- Capacidad de negociación con proveedores.
- Experiência en gestionar sistemas en una nube privada.

- Perfil con dotes de gestión y comunicación.
