We are now loooking for a **Front Office Agent **to join our **Customer Service Africa **team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Plannings, Orders, Deliveries and Collections with the maximum efficiency and client’s satisfaction, following the processes and internal rules of GBfoods.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** **Order reception and creation in the system.
- Alignment of those orders with forecast.
- Manage orders and deliveries according to closing expectations.
- Reception and managing of complains.
- Export documents handling.
- Direct contact with Shipping Lines for booking management, solving issues and opportunity identifications.
- Control of loading plans and alignment with production plans in factories (Spain, Belgium, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal).
- Interaction with Customers and Country Managers.
- Co-working with Back Office and Demand Planning.
- To participate in supply chain projects

- Medium or High degree in International Trade
- Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years (experience working in African markets very valuable)
- English and Spanish mastering. French recommended.
- SAP knowledge desirable
