Requisitos
- Alto nível de Conocimientos en Logística de Comercio Internacional (Incoterms, Trámites de cobro internacional L/C, trámites internacionales, trámites aduaneros, coordinación de transporte, flujos triangulares...).
- Idiomas: inglés fluido y español
- Conocimiento técnico del producto.
- SAP - Comercial y logística
- BFO, Excel, Word, PPT

Descripción
Synergie ETT, selecciona y contrata a un Agente de Front Office con INGLES AVANZADO para la planta en Molins de Rei de importante multinacional líder global en la gestión de energía.

Funciones
- Pedidos - Gestión y registro de pedidos (EDI, pedidos manuales, pedidos personalizados, P&S PO a Sarel, factura proforma).
- Solicitud del cliente - Asegurar el flujo de información (tiempos de entrega, demoras, urgencias, disponibilidades, solicitud logística, solicitud de material, ).
- Tareas administrativas - Mantener actualizado el archivo de trámites del cliente. Cerrar y archivar los expedientes con toda la información requerida.
- Backlog - Seguimiento diario del backlog para asegurar la correcta gestión de los pedidos y envíos.
- Documentación - Gestionar y preparar toda la documentación requerida (Factura, PKL, CO,B/L,AWB,EUR1,doble uso,inspecciones,Formulario M,.).

Gestión y coordinación de riesgos financieros de L/C.
- Transporte - Cotizaciones de fletes aéreos y couriers, facturación de costos de transporte, agenda de clientes, temas de transporte, salidas de embarcaciones, etc.
- Ofertas personalizadas - Gestione las ofertas personalizadas solicitadas con el departamento de P&S, prepare y envíe las ofertas al cliente.
- Quejas - Procesar los CR's de BFO, gestionar quejas de SAP: nota de crédito o factura, pilotar las devoluciones.
- Reporting - Seguimiento diario de KPI's y análisis de backlog, análisis de informes BFO.
- Contrato temporal hasta Septiembre.
- Incorporación a inmediata
- Formar parte de una multinacional líder en su sector.
- Salario entre 25,955k anual.
