**¿Qué podrás hacer?**
- En el equipo de Ingeniería Forense de KPMG prestamos nuestra asistencia como expertos independientes en el ámbito de disputas de naturaleza técnica surgidas durante el desarrollo de proyectos de Ingeniería y Construcción en sectores como Energía, Infraestructuras, Industria, Oil & Gas, Edificación, etc. Nuestra labor se centra en la determinación del mérito técnico de una reclamación, especialmente aquellas relativas a retrasos e improductividades surgidas durante el desarrollo de los proyectos, efectuando también la cuantificación económica de los daños y perjuicios que puedan derivarse de dicha reclamación. Nuestro trabajo culmina con la preparación de informes de experto aportados a procedimientos judiciales o arbitrales para, posteriormente, intervenir en la ratificación de dichos informes en sede judicial o arbitral, sometiéndonos al escrutinio de las partes en disputa.- Buscamos un perfil de Ingeniero/a Forense Senior en la que podrás desarrollar las siguientes funciones:
- Intervenir en grandes disputas en materia de construcción colaborando en el desarrollo de análisis de retrasos conforme a las metodologías más reconocidas a nível internacional (SCL, AACEi, etc).
- Participar en la cuantificación económica de los daños y perjuicios derivados de estos retrasos.
- Para ello, formarás parte de un equipo de profesionales altamente reconocidos en la escena internacional, pudiendo completar con ellos tu formación profesional en este sector de actividad. Del mismo modo, esta posición te permitirá trabajar de cara al Cliente y con sus Asesores Jurídicos, así como intervenir en las vistas para la ratificación de los informes periciales en los que participes.- Tu desarrollo profesional estará en el marco de un entorno internacional pudiendo colaborar con Clientes y Abogados de muy distintas nacionalidades e interactuando con ellos en lengua española o inglesa.**¿Qué necesitas saber?**
- Buscamos profesionales licenciados/graduados en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o Ingeniería de Minas- Experiência requeria entre 2 y 5 años en posiciones similares- Experiência en análisis de retrasos en proyectos de construcción- Conocimiento de los protocolos de análisis de retrasos de la Society of Construction Law (SCL) y de la Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi)- Experiência en cuantificación económica de daños en proyectos de construcción- Experiência en elaboración de informes periciales en el ámbito de juicios y/o arbitrajes de construcción- Se valora la posesión de posgrados o másters relacionados con el análisis de retrasos y la cuantificación económica de daños- Nível de Inglés avanzado- Alta capacidad de razonamiento y abstracción, de pensamiento creativo y orientación a resultados, así como buena capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita y de trabajo en equipo**¿Qué valor añadido te podemos aportar?**
