**Job Description**:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and monitoring projects focused on the implementation, integration, and enhancement of CRM, ERP, and SCM systems. Your proficiency in these areas will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adhering to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables encompassing CRM, ERP, or SCM systems. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams and manage project activities related to CRM, ERP, or SCM systems. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure projects stay on course.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish regular communication channels to update relevant stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks. Manage expectations and foster transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement CRM, ERP, or SCM solutions, negotiate contracts, and assess service levels.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance practices to ensure CRM, ERP, or SCM systems meet established standards and user requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on new CRM, ERP, or SCM systems or updates. Offer ongoing support to resolve issues and ensure seamless system adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing CRM, ERP, or SCM processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
**Profile**
- Previous experience (internships or entry-level positions) in project management, CRM, ERP, or SCM systems is a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
