**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Labour Relations Technician, we are looking for a **Junior Labour Relations** who provides legal advice to the People Department and Labour Relations Department.

You will join the Labour Relations department with professionals working in different areas, such as payroll & personnel administration & Legal.

Your main **responsibilities **will be:

- Support to Personnel Administration area regarding employment legislation in Spain (Collective wages agreements, contracts, salary, etc.).
- Provide support regarding employment relation in other countries and Affiliates, working closely with consultants in corresponding country.
- Contact with official institutions and external legal consultants.
- Drawing up of agreements, warnings and labor sanctions.
- Active participation in the elaboration of work calendars and support to the Legal Counsel in shift changes and advice to the areas.
- Prepare and create the documentation derived from the agreements done into the Working Council meetings.(minutes )
- Active participation in working committees.
- Review, update and develop new employment relations related policies, procedures and practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Profile**:

- Any experience resolving employment relations issues in an international company or law firm will be an asset.
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive, problem solving, detail oriented, well organized with very good communication skills.

**Education**:

- University degree in Labour Relations or Employment Law.

**Languages**:

- Intermediate level of English will be an asset.
- High level of Spanish and Catalan is a must.
