**¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?**
- Serás responsable de la calidad de la entrega de los servicios
- Serás responsable de los resultados económicos del contrato, gestión de la P&L
- Gestión de la satisfacción del cliente
- Liderar la transformación, la innovación y la mejora continua
- Representar al cliente en Seidor y representar a Seidor en el cliente
- Gestión de riesgos
- Identificar y transmitir a la organización las necesidades del cliente
- Reportar el estado del servicio y los proyectos al cliente a nível táctico; elaboración de los informes y defensa de los mismos
- Coordinar las distintas unidades que prestan el servicio al cliente
- Coordinación con otros proveedores del cliente que le prestan otros servicios IT
- serás responsable ante el cliente por los servicios prestados

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**
- Formación en ingeniería técnica o grado superior en Informática o similar
- Certificaciones ITIL v3 o v4. Deseable PMP
- Valorable Inglés: Intermedio
- 5 años de experiência de como Service Manager, SDMo (Service Delivery Manager - Operations), coordinador de equipos técnicos, o posición equivalente en el área de Sistemas
- Experiência en prestación de servicios continuados de larga duración
- Background de arquitecto o administrador de sistemas IT (storage, backup, cloud, hibridación, virtualización, etc) y conocimientos generales de servicios IT de comunicaciones y puesto de trabajo
- Capaz de interlocutor con cliente sobre temas técnicos a alto nível y de aplicar las buenas prácticas de gestión de servicios
- Persona muy motivada, que le gusten los retos y no le asuste la carga de trabajo ni la presión
- Importante que sepa transmitir esta motivación y liderar el equipo
- Capacidad organizativa para su trabajo y para el de su equipo
- Autónomo pero Team player
