As a Project Manager in our Data & Analytics area, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international IT team focused on delivering exceptional IT services and solutions by working closely with the business stakeholders.

You will become part of a diverse team supporting and driving our transformation towards our new ways of working:

- About you:_
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing significant IT projects including Data and Analytics
- Sufficient level of technical background to understand and be able to actively and objectively analyze project requirements
- Prior working experience in business analysis and software development is required
- Banking experience and managing banking systems is a plus
- Main Responsibilities:_
- Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies.
- Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality
- Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsible for benefits realization, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best possible way
- Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders
- Responsible for managing the pipeline of Initiatives and delivering a service for the allocated markets
- Becomes the focal point for initiative owners within the D&A project implementation
- Holds self and others accountable for committed actions and initiative delivery
- Work with the local stakeholders to resolve business issues and help prioritize the immediate next steps and actions needed to drive progress forward
- Manage priorities simultaneously, secure all necessary details, ensure high quality and meet the deadlines
- Prepares materials for alignment meetings and collates any content required to take to local or global SteerCos
