LISTING AGENT:
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.

Basic salary: 1500€ + commissions OTE 50k - 60k

**Location**:
Marbella

**Responsibilities**:

- Find listing modern properties, villas, and apartments in La Costa del Sol.
- Responsible of getting collaboration agreements.
- Upload and update brochures and pricelist on the company website.
- Responsible of social media.
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.
- Communicating with other agents that are involved in the transaction to coordinate showings of the home to prospective buyers.
- Take photos of listed property.
- Have a proactive networking mindset to build and maintain business relationships with several people.

Requirements and skills

Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM and marketing technologies.
- Must own a car.
- Social media knowledge and administration experience.
- Real Estate experience will be considered an advantage.

Salario: 1.500,00€-3.500,00€ al mes
