Property Listing Coordinator

Our client a prestigious market leader with over 20 years operating in the luxury Marbella’s real estate sector is seeking a Listing Coordinator. The Listing Coordinator will join a dynamic and expanding team and will be the initial point of contact for prestigious property listings. The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year’s experience preferably in the Marbella area and will speak English and Spanish fluently.

**Responsibilities**
- To deal with all incoming calls and website enquiries related to property listings.
- Ensure that all leads are evaluated and allocated to the appropriate Listing Agent in a prompt manner
- Manage the online property database, uploading and updating properties details daily
- Provide support to the Listing Agents by coordinating appointments, client registrations, new listings and contracts
- Report to the Listing Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Listing Coordinator or a similar position in the Marbella luxury real estate market.
- Excellent organizational, co-ordinating and time management skills are required
- Must live near or able to commute daily to Marbella
- English and Spanish are required with additional languages a bonus
- Excellent computer, CRM skills and experience of Inmobalia is preferred

**Package**
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary (Circa €2000 net) plus bonus package and excellent working conditions
- Office based
- Working hours: 9-6pm or 10-7pm
