This role will be a key liaison between internal business units and our customers for all EDI requirements. As a technology enthusiast, your commitment to continuous improvement efforts by developing EDI Mappings will help to connect different systems to our central data platform. The EDI Manager plays a pivotal role in helping the business department ALS Technology Services transactions function appropriately on a daily basis.

**What you can expect**:

- Lead project management for new EDI connections, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
- Establish standardized processes for customer onboarding, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and test new EDI connections, collaborating closely with the Customs Technology Service Team.
- Monitor and provide support for existing EDI connections, resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze current implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Management to drive new features and enhancements.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree, IT-apprenticeship or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in EDI, retail systems, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of various EDI mapping techniques, portal tools, and familiarity with SQL and/or programming languages.
- Track record of successful collaboration with business stakeholders for new developments.
- Possesses strong strategic thinking abilities with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and attitude.
- Engages with others in a friendly and approachable manner, while proactively taking initiative and working autonomously.
