Desde Manpower Business Professional buscamos una persona con conocimientos/experiência en administración de compras y logística para trabajar en importante empresa del sector de equipajes premium ubicada en Barcelona centro.

**Funciones**:
Gestión de pedidos de extremo a extremo con optimización de la reactividad y calidad del servicio.

**Gestión de Base de datos de clientes**: Actualización y creación de nuevos clientes.

Gestiones de incidencias de facturación (control de facturas vs pedidos) a través de SAP.

Gestión de reuniones semanales entre contabilidad proveedor & compras

Soporte al equipo de compras

Ingresar y validar notas de crédito, facturación interna y comisiones de EBCOR para ECI.

**Apoyo al equipo de contabilidad francés**: Cheque bancario frente a Navision para depósitos bancarios.

Limpieza de asientos contables (pago recibido frente a facturas emitidas), Información EDI (detalles de pagos), entre otras tareas de Front y Back Office.

**Reporta**: Country manager España y Portugal

**Requisitos**:
Formación en Administración y asistencia de oficina

Mínimo de experiência 3 años

Experiência en compras/administración/logística

Formación en administración/derivados

Perspectiva

Pack Office

Inglés alto (C1), español y valorable francés.

**Condiciones**:
Contrato indefinido

**Horario**: Jornada lunes a viernes - Horario flexible
