Nofence is a Norwegian scale up who has built the world’s first **virtual fencing solution for livestock**. Virtual fencing is a pretty new thing to the world and we are currently leading the race, but _steaks_ are high when going for international expansion. To make sure that we still _goat _the top of the podium we will need the best sellers for our team in Spain

Our goal is to improve the welfare of the farmer, animals and the soil. We want our product to be recognised amongst farmers as a tool as obvious as the tractor, and a technology for utilizing land resources as nature intended. We genuinely believe our grazing technology can be the biggest technological change in agriculture since the tractor

***About the Role***:
Your mission will be to follow up on potential and current customers. Currently we do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling. All outbound calls are made through enquires and follow up calls. We thrive to create good customer relations, or as we say in Norwegian a “kjøle" good customer experience. This requires that we understand the customers needs and guide them through how to best utilize our product. We will offer full training in our product, but previous experience of working with farmers would be a great advantage.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Follow up sales inquiries through phone and webform.
- Responding to queries and sending quotes.
- Host online meetings with potential and existing customers.
- Manage your own CRM workspace.
- Participation at relevant events.
- Visit key customer when required.
- Sales analysis.
- Work alongside our customer success team.

**In the current phase of growing our team we will need someone who is adaptable and willing to contribute to non-sales related tasks like;**
- Distributing & replacing collars.
- Contribution to projects across the organization.
- Improving the customer journey.
- Contributing to developing the Spain Team and shaping our structure.

- Experience working in sales using CRM.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Good communications skills.

**About Nofence**:
Managing livestock has always been a challenge. Humanity has tried everything from herding with dogs to walling the animals in with barbed wire, electric, and wooden fences, but these are costly and time-consuming solutions and often in conflict with the local wildlife. It has also left vast areas of potential pasture overgrown and underutilized.

Until now.

Enter virtual fences.

Nofence began in a small Norwegian town named Batnfjordsøra, many years ago when our Founder and CTO, Oscar Hovde, set about making his idea of virtual fencing for livestock a reality. As the idea grew, so did the interest; the man with a plan soon became people with a purpose. And with the help of our customers—whose input, innovation, and patience continue to be an integral part of our product development—Oscar’s idea blossomed. Today, we are a team of ambitious and international professionals with a set of shared goals: to support livestock farmers, improve animal welfare, and restore the fertility of our soil. **About Us**

The Spanish team is currently a small but efficient team of 5 people from sales, marketing and customer success. We believe in cooperation, adaptiveness, and a fun and easy-going working environment. The whole team contributes to general work tasks like distribution and administration. Our office is currently placed in Vitoria where we all will work together from the office.
