A world-leader in the data, DataOps and BI/analytics space is searching for an **Enterprise Account Executive** to join their fantastic sales team in **Madrid**. Our client deploys an ultra-modern integrated technical platform to leading brands globally, enabling them to harness the value of data across their businesses, their various technology ecosystems and platforms, at cloud scale in record time. We’re seeking an intelligent, high achieving Account Executive to join as an individual contributor, responsible for acquiring new logos focusing on commercial-sized customer verticals. This territory represents companies with revenues over $1B and this position is responsible for acquiring, expanding and managing new accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Continuous end-to-end management of the sales pipeline and you will be in charge of continuously progress opportunities through it
- Create and drive revenue within a specific region or list of named accounts
- Create consultative, sustainable and long-term partnerships with your customers
- Seek to solve difficult customer challenges and approach them with creativity
- Actively build a pipeline of new customers;
- Run exceptional sales presentations
- Create and maintain close plans
- Attend industry events, generate leads and be a strong networker within the data analytics/BI space
- Oversight and coordination of contract and pricing negotiation ensuring that all elements of the commercials work as well as possible for both the customer and the business
- Ensure that all communication to the customer is of the highest quality, including all documents and presentations
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within internal systems
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
- 5-10 years of technology sales-related experience with a track record of overachievement
- Demonstrable history as an individual contributor selling enterprise software, CRM, complex data/BI solutions to senior-level decision-makers successfully
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
- Strong knowledge of and experience selling to multiple verticals
- A successful track record closing new clients remotely using technology
- A strong ability to articulate and sell enterprise software solutions
- Inspirational presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational capabilities - project coordination, time management, attention to detail
- Adaptable to change and embracing of fast paced environments
