Trading / Sales - Madrid - Hybrid Remote

As a Sales Growth Manager you will work closely and empower the Sales responsible SME and TOP B2B team to develop Sales Models and growth strategies with the aim to maximize lead generation, loyalty, win back, proactive retention and contracting throughout the “Sales Funnel”. Together you will focus on boosting all channels’ direct / indirect performance based on activity and hard reporting.

**What you will do**:

- You will manage both Project delivery and Commercial teams to achieve company and personal goals
- You will assign workload to team members and providers, oversee team activities, and provide guidance and direction as needed
- You will identify business gaps and propose corrective actions, recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends
- You will perform root cause analysis of potential problems and provide effective resolutions
- You will perform business modelling to optimize business functionality and performance

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have 8+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing departments in the B2B Retail Industry, such as Telco, Utility, Distribution, ETTs, etc.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in Top consultancy companies in the area of Growth Development as well as experience with CRM Salesforce
- You have excellent project management skills and the ability to bring innovation in your work and to our clients
- You have worked with digital business models that are based on increasing the Customer LifeTimeValue
- You have experience in go to market strategy, value proposition and business model definition
