Project Manager - HR Global Platform

Project Management Office

Location: Barcelona

Join our dedicated team at the forefront of innovation in the Service Planning & Program Office. As a Global HR Platform Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving and leading projects within our esteemed portfolio of HR Solutions. You'll collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery in alignment with our PMO frameworks and Agile methodologies.

You will:

- Lead and handle projects of varying sizes and complexities, encouraging teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating effective sprint planning and execution.
- Develop and complete project delivery plans within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth progress through action plans.
- Champion HRES processes, service catalog, and operational standards

You will bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Relevant professional experience with at least 2 years in project management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on Agile practices.
- Strong ability to handle budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Experience in leading global project teams and engaging collaborators worldwide.
- Familiarity with HR system implementations and global HR data is advantageous (for eg. Workday).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English
