Growth Hacker - Digital Marketing

Great opportunity to join us At PromoFarma by DocMorris we want to incorporate a Growth Hacker for the Marketing Team who will report directly to the Marketing Director. Your main tasks will be:

- Budgeting and Forecasting for all marketing activities to achieve our growth and profitability targets
- Data Analysis and understanding of changes in trends
- Market and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels (Web and App)
- Presentation of Results and Projects to stakeholders
- Always Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing and growth hacking
- Collaborate with Marketing teams, Tech, Data Science and Data Marketing to achieve our global goals. growth strategies
- Collaborate in MarTech Projects

**Requirements**:

- +3 years of experience within a similar role in an E-commerce company or marketplace with large volumes of products, traffic and investment
- Bachelor in Business, Economics or Data Analysis
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
- Highly proefficient in Excel
- Deep knowledge of any Analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe, Eulerian, etc) and Google Looker Studio
- Highly analytical skills: obsession with data and permanent improvement.
- Excellence: capacity of organization, planning and execution. Focus on detail and work towards objectives/results.
- Proactivity: proposal of new ideas in a highly dynamic market, don't be afraid of testing new things, failing fast and changing the status quo is our mindset.
- Data Driven mindset and very analytical approach of each challenge we find in our journey
- Ownership: take every challenge with responsibility until we find the solution together. Problem solving mindset.
- Team player: collaborate with teammates and other departments, being able to share achievements, failures, successes and solving problems together.

Nice to have:

- Experience with internationalization/product launch processes
- Experience with Digital Marketing Campaigns, Mobile User acquisition
- Agile methodologies expertise
- German or any other European language is a plus
- Experience with Pricing
